I follow an evidence-based Coaching Methodology delivered by the French Football Federation, relying on integrated drills and constraint-led approaches that put emphasis on problem solving skills to enhance creativity.
I’ve been fortunate to work with varied age groups and audiences at grassroots and professional level, with an academic, scholar, apprentices, academic drop-out. I take great pride in having welcomed asylum seekers in my last 3 clubs despite the obstacles and challenges on the way.

The game model always relies on players at disposal, in order to align with the club’s identity and take into account the realities of first team football.

Creative attackers in central midfield to “change the picture”
I believe in providing attackers opportunities to showcase their ability and enhancing their game in midfield, that ultimately opens up perspetives to play 70-90 minutes
Split strikers to attack defences on weak spots
Acknowledging freedom of movement, and empoweiring players to get into final third in a way that suits their skillset, without shoehorning unique attackers into roles that don’t suit them
