Match Organisation, administrative monitoring, digital strategy for clubs

I hold a MSc Sports Management from Poitiers University (2017) covering: project management, communication, marketing, human resources.

I’m grateful to have been selected as a Match Organisation Volunteer at UEFA Euro 2016 in Bordeaux.
A team of 4 people was answering to the UEFA Match Director and was tasked to arrange competition areas and adress ad-hoc requests from delegations.

As a full time coach, my work also covered the administrative monitoring related to competitions:
organising home, away travel but also medical and academic monitoring with relevant stakeholders, and player registration / transfers

Logistical briefing before games for UEFA

Setting up the meeting room to welcome relevant stakeholders

Organising the MD-1 training session behind closed doors

Setting up competition areas: footballs, bibs, dressing room before and after each team’s visit: Wales, Slovakia, Austria, Hungaria, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Croatia and the Quarter Final Germany vs Italia

Ad-hoc missions before and during games

Managing and carrying accreditations, managing access pass for VIP, setting up the referees’ warm-up area on the pitch, escorting a head coach in case he gets sent off.

Digital strategy digitale

Creating and producing social media visuals for a club on different communication channels including social media.

IT proficiency

I’m capable with the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite but also telestration softwares such as PIERO, VizLibero and sport related softwares (SportsCode, WyScout, Metrica Sport)

Administrative monitoring in club

Creating frameworks, visuals, lineup graphics, charts, signage for and around competition demands.
